Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using junkslut.co (the "Site") or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Subscriptions

JunkSlut subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly, quarterly, or annually) until you cancel. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file at the start of each renewal period.

To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before the 25th of the current month. Cancellations are effective at the end of the paid billing period — you keep access and receive your box through the end of the period you paid for.

Prepaid plans (3-month, annual) are non-refundable once the first box has shipped. You may cancel to stop future renewals but will not receive a prorated refund for the unused portion.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in US dollars and do not include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. You will be notified by email before any price change takes effect on your subscription.

If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry within 3 and 7 days. If payment remains unsuccessful, your subscription may be paused or cancelled at our discretion.

4. Gift Subscriptions

Gift subscriptions are prepaid and non-refundable once redeemed. Unredeemed digital gift cards may be refunded within 30 days of purchase if the recipient has not yet activated their account. Gift subscriptions do not auto-renew.

5. Returns & Refunds

Because our boxes are individually curated, we cannot accept returns of opened boxes. If your box arrives damaged or an item is missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or issue store credit at our discretion.

One-time shop orders may be returned within 14 days in original, unused condition for a refund minus original shipping cost.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to JunkSlut and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission. User-submitted content (e.g., photos tagged with our hashtag) remains your property; by tagging us you grant us a non-exclusive license to feature it on our site and social channels.

7. Limitation of Liability

JunkSlut is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Multnomah County, Oregon.
