Boxes ship in the first week of each month. You'll get a shipping notification with tracking as soon as yours leaves our studio.

Yes! Log into your account and you can pause or skip up to 2 months per year without cancelling your subscription.

Absolutely! Visit our Gift page to choose 1, 3, 6, or 12 months for someone special. We'll send them a digital gift card with your personal message.

You can cancel anytime from your account settings. There are no fees or penalties — we just ask that you cancel before the 25th of the month to skip the next billing cycle.

Monthly subscribers are billed on the same date each month. Quarterly and annual plans are billed upfront as a single charge. You'll receive an email receipt after every payment.

Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade your plan any time from your account settings. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) via our secure payment processor. We do not store your card details on our servers.

Because boxes are curated and perishable, we don't offer refunds once a box has shipped. If your box arrives damaged, please reach out within 7 days and we'll make it right.

Gift a 1, 3, 6, or 12-month subscription from the Gift page. Your recipient gets a digital gift card with your personal message. They redeem it to set up their account and address — no spoilers.
