Getting Your Box to You
We pack every box by hand and ship it with care. Here's what to expect.
Ships Monthly
Subscription boxes ship in the first week of each month. One-time shop orders ship within 2–4 business days.
Free US Shipping
All subscription boxes include free standard shipping within the US. Shop orders over $65 also ship free.
Tracking Included
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with USPS tracking as soon as your box leaves our studio.
Subscription Box Schedule
New subscribers who sign up before the 20th of the month receive that month's box. Subscribers who join after the 20th will receive the following month's box. Boxes are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail; transit typically takes 3–7 business days within the US.
You'll receive your shipping notification email from ship@junkslut.co — add this address to your safe-senders list so it doesn't land in spam.
One-Time Shop Orders
Shop and supply package orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days of payment. Standard shipping is via USPS; expedited options are available at checkout.

International Shipping
We currently ship within the US only. International shipping is on our roadmap — join our newsletter to be first to know when it opens up.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your box or order arrives damaged, or an item is missing, please contact us at orders@junkslut.co within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the damage — we'll make it right with a replacement or store credit.
Returns Policy
Because each subscription box is curated specifically for that month, we cannot accept returns of opened subscription boxes. One-time shop purchases may be returned within 14 days in original, unused condition for a refund minus the original shipping cost. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
To initiate a return, email orders@junkslut.co with your order number and reason for return.
